2024 was a great year for stock market investors. The S&P 500 was up over 20% for the second year in a row. In 2025, after 7 trading days, it was down almost a full percent. After 11 trading days it was up more than one percent. What is going on? Why did the stock market do so well last year? What could it do in 2025?

Will the new president’s fiscal policies, tax cuts, deregulation and tariffs work? Will the Federal Reserve continue to cut interest rates? While no one can accurately predict what will happen, David can explain what happened in 2024. He also can give us a heads-up on what to look for in 2025, and review the investment implications of various possible scenarios.
